MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Kellogg's Croutettes Stuffing Mix
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. sage
2 eggs, beaten

Mix and put in microwavable dish.

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix and spread over meat mixture. Microwave for 30 minutes on roast or until meatloaf is done. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
