CHICKEN & RICE DISH 
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can onion soup
1 can beef broth
1 c. rice
4 chicken breasts
butter

Line a 2 quart baking pan with foil. Leave enough foil outside of pan to seal tightly. Combine rice and liquid soups in a bowl. Pour into lined pan. Salt and pepper the chicken. Place on top of rice mixture, sprinkle dry soup mix over all. Dot with butter. Seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. 4 servings.
