CHICKEN CORDON BLUE | |
2 chicken breasts, split and boned 4 slices boiled ham 4 slices Provolone cheese Salt, pepper, garlic salt 1/4 c. salad oil 1/4 c. white wine or wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion salt Mix last 4 ingredients together for basting. Set aside. Flatten chicken between wax paper. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Layer one slice of ham and cheese on each breast. Roll up, tuck ends securely and tie with string or use skewers. Grill and baste frequently until done, about 20 minutes. Serves 4. |
