CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
4 to 6 chicken cutlets, pounded
4 to 6 slices ham
8 to 12 slices Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Place ham and cheese evenly on each cutlet. Roll so they are inside. Hold together with toothpicks. Roll in mayonnaise, then in bread crumbs. Lay in casserole dish. Cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Serve with Rice-A-Roni or white rice with a dash of garlic and parsley.
