MEAT MARINADE 
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 2/3 cup.

To complete the dinner menu, add:

2 servings from the bread food group (3 servings for 1600 calorie menu) 1 serving from the fruit food group 1 serving from the milk food group 1 serving from the fat group
