DAIRY POTATO BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix above ingredients together in large bowl. Pour into buttered 8"x10" cake pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Drizzle over 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead and refrigerate but omit corn flakes and butter until just before baking.
