TORTILLA ROLLS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion flakes (or real onions)
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 sm. pkg. grated cheese
2 pkgs. 8-inch flour tortillas

Whip cream cheese. Mix in remaining ingredients. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons on one edge of tortilla and roll up. Cut into bite-size pieces. Refrigerate overnight in a covered container.
