CHILI RELLENOS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 lg. cans long green chilies

TOPPING:

1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can taco sauce

BATTER:

2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

Brown ground chuck in skillet. Grate cheese. Cover chilies with one half of ground chuck, cheddar and Jack cheese. Make second layer of chilies, cover with remaining half of cheddar cheese. Pour batter over all. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add remaining half of Jack cheese. Pour and spread topping over all. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes more. Serves 8.
