MOCK SWISS STEAK | |
3 lb. ground chuck 1 c. milk 1/2 c. cracker crumbs Salt Pepper Mix pack into shallow pan. Cover with foil. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares; flour; brown in oil. Place in baking dish. Add 2 cans of mushroom soup to the drippings and heat. Pour over meat and top with 1 package dry onion soup mix. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. |
