MOCK SWISS STEAK 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Mix ground beef, eggs, milk and bread crumbs. Press into a flat 10 x 15 inch pan. Place in refrigerator overnight. Cut into irregular size pieces. Salt and pepper. Brown in skillet. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with dry onion. Mix soup and water. Pour on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
