MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 med. Cool Whip
1 jar fudge topping

Crush Oreo cookies (about 30). Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Mix with cookies and pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan (save about 8-9 cookies and crush for top layer). Soften ice cream and put on top of cookie crumbs in the pan. Drizzle fudge topping over the ice cream. Spread with the Cool Whip. Top with crushed cookie crumbs. Freeze.
