ITALIAN STEAKS 
Cube steaks
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. bread crumbs
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 egg

Combine spices and press into cube steaks. Dip into egg, then roll in bread crumbs and brown; drain. Pour tomato paste in; stir. Top with cheese. Serve when cheese is melted. Can be microwaved. After browning, place in glass dish. Can use spaghetti sauce; add cheese and microwave for about 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
