SWISS ITALIAN STEAK 
2 lbs. beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut meat into serving pieces; coat with flour. Melt butter in skillet. Brown meat. Add all ingredients except cheese. Cook 30 minutes. Top with cheese.
