TURKEY AND HAM SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. celery, thinly sliced
1/2 c. raisins
1 lg. red skinned apple, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
Lettuce

Combine first 6 ingredients, reserving a few almonds for garnish; toss. Combine remaining ingredients and add to meat - fruit mixture; toss to coat lightly. Chill at least 15 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with reserved almonds. Yield: 3-4 servings.
