SWISS TURKEY HAM BAKE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. light cream
2 c. cubed cooked turkey
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook onion in the 2 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add undrained mushrooms, cream and sherry; cook and stir until thickened. Add turkey, ham and water chestnuts. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole; top with cheese.

Mix bread crumbs and the melted butter; sprinkle around the edge of the casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly browned. Serves 6.
