GRILLED SHRIMP 
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (lg. shrimp are easier to work with)

Combine first 5 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Pat generous amount onto each shrimp. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 425 degrees. Place shrimp on baking sheet. Yield: 2 servings as main course; 4-5 servings as appetizer.
