2 lbs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. cooked, melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. chocolate chips

CRUST:

6 tbsp. butter
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust. Press on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Fold in melted chocolate and sour cream. Add chips. Bake for 75 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream.

OPTIONAL TOPPING:

1 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. cream

Melt chips and cream; pour and spread over top of cooled cake.
