CRISPY PECANS 
1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat egg white and water until it is foamy. Pour pecans in foam and stir until pecans are coated. In another bowl mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Pour that mixture into bowl with pecans and stir until coated. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
