ESCALLOPED POTATOES AU GRATIN 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all the ingredients and bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees in a 9 x 12 inch oblong cake pan (chopped onions optional).
