SWISS STYLE GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 heaping tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/4 c. sour cream
2 cans French style green beans
1/4 lb. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Melt butter in skillet. Add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Cook until smooth. Add sour cream and pour mixture over drained green beans. Mix together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Combine butter with corn flakes. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
