CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter

Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Pour boiling water over rice, salt and butter. Let rice set for 5 minutes. Add hamburger mixture, plus soup, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Bake 30 minutes, covered, 30 minutes, uncovered in 350 degree oven.
