FRESH VEGETABLE MARINADE 
4 stalks fresh broccoli
8 lg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 can ripe olives
1 med. red or green pepper
1 box cherry tomatoes
1 sm. cauliflower, broken in florets

MARINADE:

1/2-1 c. sugar (to taste)
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Chill for at least 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Use celery leaves and cherry tomatoes for garnish.
