STUFFED CALAMARE | |
2 lb. cleaned squid 1 can tuna 1 tbsp. dried parsley Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs 1 egg Mix above ingredients; if too dry, add water as needed. Stuff loosely. Close with ROUND toothpick. Cook in sauce (tomato) NO LONGER than 20 minutes. |
