BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked well drained 2 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 6 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Flare triangles in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Pour over sausage mixture in crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are browned and knife blade inserted in center comes out clean. Cut in 6- 8 wedges. Yield 6-8 servings. |
