BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
Melted butter

Wash and separate broccoli. Boil in salted water until tender. Melt Velveeta cheese in soup. Pour this mixture over broccoli in casserole dish. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Drizzle 1/4 cup butter over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
