BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 bags frozen broccoli (fresh can be used)
1 can evaporated milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Colby cheese
Sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook and drain broccoli. Place into 9x13 casserole dish. Mix 3/4 of the milk and 1 1/2 ounce of soup together and pour over top (use more or less depending on your taste). Stir until coated. Place another layer of cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
