SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
Salt & pepper to taste
2 fryers, cut into serving pieces
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/4 c. water
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or creamy French salad dressing

Salt and pepper chicken. Warm preserves. Coat each piece of chicken with preserves. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste often. Serves 8.
