SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
Sliced apples (enough to fill large pie pan to the top)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
2/3 c. melted butter
1 beaten egg

Butter a large pie pan. Fill with apples. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl; spoon on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
