SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
Enough pared, cored and sliced apples to fill 9 inch pie pan 2/3's full
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. melted butter
Pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Fill pie pan with apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In a small bowl combine 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, chopped nuts and pinch of salt. Blend well. Spread over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
