2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix by hand. Pour into greased 8"x12" pan.

2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
