1 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. flour
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. marshmallows

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together then add eggs, one at a time, until mixed. Sift together the cocoa and flour and mix. Add 2 handfuls of chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Five minutes before done, spread marshmallows over top and finish baking the last 5 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate fudge frosting.
