EGG/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 6-8 eggs 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 8-12 slices loaf bread 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Cook sausage, drain and set aside. Beat 6-8 eggs, add milk, salt, and mustard. Remove crust from bread slices and cut in fourths. Grease casserole dish make 2 layers of each: sausage, bread, cheese. Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
