PECAN SANDIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1/2 tbsp. water (may need more) 1/4 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and water. Add flour; mix well. Add pecans; form into small rolls 1 1/2 inches long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while hot. |
