CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. diced chicken
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 lg. diced onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Sprinkle these over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in a greased 13"x9" casserole.
