CHICKEN KATHERINE 
8 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream

Wrap each chicken breast with slice of bacon. Cover bottom of greased 12x8x2 baking dish with chopped beef. Arrange chicken on top of beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over all. Bake uncovered, 3 hours at 275 degrees. Delicious!
