BARBECUED BRISKET 
5-6 lb. brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
6 oz. barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper

Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket and sprinkle with salts. Refrigerate overnight. Cook 5 hours in covered dish or wrapped with heavy aluminum foil at 275 degrees. Remove cover and add barbecue sauce. Cook 1 more hour (covered). Remove from oven and cool.
