MARINATED BRISKET 
1 brisket
Onion salt
Meat tenderizer
Liquid smoke
Seasoning salt
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce
Celery salt
Barbecue sauce (optional)

Prick meat all over with fork so seasonings can get into meat. Sprinkle both sides of meat with all ingredients except barbecue sauce. Wrap in several layers of heavy foil and put in baking dish in refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight. Bake at 225 or 250 degrees for 6 to 8 hours.

If you wish to cook on barbecue grill, season, wrap in foil and cook slowly about 3 hours, until tender.

Either method you use, one hour before meat is done, leave foil open on top to brown meat. Baste with barbecue sauce now also if desired.
