AUJUS POTATO BAKE 
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 pkg. Au Jus
1/4 c. melted butter

Pat potatoes dry on towel. Put 1/3 of potatoes in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Drizzle 1/3 butter over. Then 1/3 of Au Jus mix. Repeat until all is used. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
