STEVE'S WHITE PIZZA TREAT 
Buy dough already made in any bakery or supermarket. Let it rise in a bowl until it is double the original size. Grease a cookie sheet and spread the dough onto the pan; set aside.

In a skillet, lightly cook:

2 chopped peppers (one red and one green)
1 lg. onion, chopped
Some broccoli, chopped
3 or 4 cloves garlic, chopped
1-2 c. mushrooms, cut up

On the dough, cover with 1 package of shredded Mozzarella cheese and 1 package of shredded cheddar cheese. Add the veggies from the pan and spread evenly over the dough. Also sprinkle generously: basil, oregano, black pepper and (red pepper, for real spicy!). Now add 1 can of chopped olives and sprinkle Romano and Parmesan cheese over the entire pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes. If the bottom of the dough turns golden brown, it's done. If not, keep it in until it is. Let cool for a few minutes and then cut and serve.
