2 lbs. stew meat
6 potatoes
6 carrots
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca per cup of tomato juice

Put in greased casserole and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees with lid and don't peek. May be cooked in a crock pot for 8 hours.
