FOOTBALL STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 stalk celery, cubed
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients in casserole. Bake covered at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
