FOOTBALL STEW 
2 lb. boneless beef (brown)
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce & 1 can water
3-6 carrots, peeled & cut in chunks
1 c. celery, cubed
1 onion, cut up
3-6 potatoes, cut up
Salt & pepper

Mix tapioca with liquids. Combine with other ingredients. Place in container with lid. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
