PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH SLAW 
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. shredded cabbage

In large bowl fold sugar, vinegar, celery seed and salt into cream. Toss lightly with cabbage. Cover. Chill.
