BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. beer
Dash of salt & pepper

Melt butter in saucepan. Add shredded carrot and onions. Cook until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add Cheese Whiz. Stir to melt. Blend in beer and heat. Serves 6.
