GRAHAM CRACKER DELIGHT | |
1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar, lightly packed 1 c. chopped nuts Graham crackers (enough to cover a large cookie sheet or cake pan) Mix butter, sugar and nuts and bring to a boil over a high heat stirring often. Cover a large sheet cake pan or cookie sheet with sides with graham crackers broken at the seams. Pour on boiled mixture over crackers. Bake at 325 degrees about 8-12 minutes. Don't let burn, it will bubble up; test by looking at edge of crackers to be sure that they are not too brown. Let cool 3-4 minutes. Place on plate separated. |
