MARSHMALLOW GRAHAM CRACKER BARS 
30 graham crackers, crushed fine
2 1/2 c. miniature colored marshmallows
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

Put graham crackers, marshmallows, coconut and nuts in large bowl. Heat brown sugar, eggs and butter until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Add vanilla and maple flavoring. Cool. Pour over graham cracker mixture; stir well. Then pack in 9x13 inch cake pan. Chill thoroughly.

Cut into bars. Chocolate chips or butterscotch chips may be melted and poured over top. Sprinkle with coconut. These keep indefinately in freezer and improve with age.
