MEXICAN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 bottle of 8 oz. taco sauce (med.)
5 green onions, chopped fine
2 green peppers, chopped fine
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and taco sauce. Spread on large oval dish lined with finely chopped lettuce. Layer vegetables on top with tomatoes last. Place grated cheese on top. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Serve with nacho chips.
