IMPOSSIBLE MEXICAN PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce

Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until brown; drain, stir in seasoning mix. Put in bottom of greased pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Take blender, mix Bisquick, milk and eggs about 15 seconds, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over meat mix. Bake until golden brown or when knife comes out clean. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a salad.
