CHINESE SPARE RIBS | |
3/4 c. beef bouillon 1/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 1/2 lbs. pork spare ribs Cut ribs into strips. Marinate several hours in other ingredients. Baste while baking in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 2-4. |
