SIX WEEK BRAN MUFFINS 
15 oz. box bran cereal
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
4 beaten eggs
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk or sour milk

Combine dry ingredients. Add last 3 ingredients, stirring only to moisten. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Freeze unused portion, good for up to 6 weeks.
